In last week’s post, I discussed the purpose of a thought management assessment and how this assessment can help you make important changes in your company from the ground up. Today, I’m going to talk about the difference between a vision and a mission and how combining thought management with a vision will benefit your business.
A mission is a never ending path but a vision is something that has an end goal – something that can be completed. Knowing the difference between the two is important for the development of thought management in your life or in your business. Your vision should be the law on your lens that helps you reach the success you desire. When vision and thought management are brought together, people better understand the mission. Sharing this vision with everyone in a company fosters a team environment in which all jobs are equally as important towards reaching the next vision.
